NGO Earth Agent proud announces a new program, “Remote Work Company.” This innovative concept of remote work hires young adults in pursuit of careers in Hollywood.

In the “Remote Work Company,” NGO Earth Agent provides young adults with free housing while they pursue careers in the entertainment industry in Hollywood, CA. Internships and actual work opportunities will be offered to participants of the program so that they can expand their networks within the industry and learn the jobs by shadowing and/or working with professionals. Their bills, such as rent, utility and Wi-Fi will be covered. They also receive a salary of 10k+ every month, based on their work/position. Young adults who successfully complete this program will be given an apartment after 10 years. In total, upon completion of this program, participants will be receiving: housing; job experience; job position; connections within the industry.

The unfortunate fact of Hollywood statics shows that more than 70% of United States citizens who move to Hollywood for their dream career have given up due to financial reasons. This program allows young adults to eliminate many barriers might prevent them from focusing on pursuing their dream career by taking care of the financial parts with 10k+ extra cash provided.

With advanced technology and  5G networks, remote work will be the typical way of work done within the next couple of years. Instead of NGO Earth Agent paying for office spaces as before, we can utilize the rent to pay for young adult living spaces. Finally, if program participants do not like the apartment given to them upon completion of the program, NGO Earth Agent will purchase the apartment from them or help them with loans to get a bigger/better places.
